Because Mr. Weaver is familiar with divorce litigation and the dispute settlement process from both sides of the bench he understands what makes for efficient, effective and persuasive trial advocacy and successful alternative dispute resolution (ADR). Mr. Weaver is trained in Mediation and Collaborative Divorce.
